One of my current passions right now is doing an overhaul on our playroom. I want to switch to all wooden toys, and take a Montessori approach. I love minimalism, and simple colors.
The only problem with this passion is that it is E X P E N S I V E.
Today's current Amazon listing for these little people pegs are $94. Just crazy.
I loved the concept, but wanted to have muted tones so I found some unfinished wooden pegs at Hobby Lobby for $3 and used some acrylic paint I had on hand. So much cheaper!
I also found these unfinished wooden pegs just now on Amazon and they're only $12 and you get so many more plus a little tray!
